Cherrysmock is a wholesale manufacturer of hand smocked children’s clothing, princess dresses and daily sets in Hanoi, Vietnam. We sell to boutiques, retailers and brands, not directly to consumers. This page is the single reference for our trade terms; other pages summarise it.
Ways to order, minimums and lead times

Samples have no minimum quantity and are priced higher than wholesale. Production time counts from confirmed details and payment: 1 to 10 pieces take about 2 weeks, 11 to 20 pieces about 2 to 3 weeks, and 21 to 30 pieces about 3 to 4 weeks. Geometric dresses can take 3 to 5 days longer.
Monthly capacity: more than 10,000 hand-smocked pieces and more than 20,000 princess dresses and daily sets.
Pricing and discounts
- Website prices are in USD and do not include shipping or VAT.
- 500 to 1,000 pieces or sets: 2% off. 1,000 to 5,000: 5% off. Over 5,000: 7% off.
- Your own label or tag: from 30 pieces per design.
Payment
- Orders under $1,000: 100% in advance.
- Orders from $1,000 to $5,000: 70% deposit, 30% before shipping.
- Orders over $5,000: 50% deposit, 50% before shipping.
- Methods: Payoneer, Western Union, bank transfer and PayPal, in USD or EUR. Production starts after payment is complete. See the Payment Policy.
Shipping and packing
- We ship to more than 150 countries by UPS, DHL and FedEx. Shipping cost depends on weight and destination; see the Shipping Policy.
- Delivery after dispatch: US and Canada 3 to 4 days, Mexico 5 to 6 days, UK and Europe 4 to 5 days, Africa 6 to 7 days.
- Import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
- Each piece is ironed and bagged. A 5-layer 50 x 50 x 50 cm carton holds about 150 dresses.
Claims and returns
All sales are final. We only accept claims for serious manufacturing defects clearly caused by our workshop, reported within 7 days of delivery. Full conditions are in the Return Policy.
