Made from crisp white cotton poplin, it features picture smocking of a wooden paint palette with rainbow paint dabs, two brushes and a little rainbow across the chest. Finishing details include flutter sleeves, tiny embroidered paint dots scattered on the skirt, a cobalt Peter Pan collar and a cherry-red back sash.
